Residential Services, guided by our Core Values, supports people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Orange County, NC. RSI is looking for motivated, enthusiastic people to work in a home for individuals with Autism and other Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Do you enjoy caring for others? This job is entry level and a great way to gain hands-on health care and human services experience! We provide the training and have various shifts available- daytime, evening, overnights...We even pay employees to sleep! We also pay an EXTRA $2/hour for all hours worked on the weekends !
If you have experience and are looking for opportunities, we have shift leaders/partial live-in/group home manager positions available as well. Current Openings/Schedules for Full-Time:
Tuesday-Saturday 2nd shift
Sunday-Thursday 2nd shift
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Saturdays and Sundays- 8am-3pm, 3-10pm, or 8am-8pm, 9am-9pm

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. At least 18 years of age.
This full-time position is eligible for a hiring BONUS of $1,200 to be paid in two installments:
- $600 within 30 days of your hire date and
- $600 after completing both a successful introductory period evaluation and 6 months of employment.
