You will be supporting people to live their own lives. To do that, you will make connections and build bonds through person-centered thinking. No worries, we’ll train you on being person-centered. You will also receive paid professional healthcare certifications to guide you on quality support, documentation, charting, working on goals, and meeting milestones. Providing support may look like going on a hike, having a movie night, or spending time learning and teaching a new recipe in the kitchen. It can also look like doing physical therapy exercises, working out at the gym, or providing personal care as needed.
The DSP wage scale starts at $16.00 per hour and $19.00 per hour for Saturday & Sunday shifts. Our detailed training program supports education and sets you up for success and upward growth within Pathfinder Services.

Requirements:

Preferred Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• DSP Certifications- through our paid training program
