About the company

100Insure is a Medicare Marketing company. We’re a group that works hard and demands excellence. We’re located in downtown Saint Petersburg. We have extensive experience at senior levels of the company in direct response marketing. Since 2020, we’ve generated millions of responses to our ads, primarily on Facebook, from consumers. We’re embarking on a journey to disrupt and dominate Medicare marketing….doing it the right way.

The Role

• Help us design the strategy for the remainder of 2023 and beyond to leverage video for qualified lead generation in a hyper compliant environment.
• Create scripts and content for video ads.
• Design various funnel strategies within the confines of what we’ve already learned, however, innovating in new ways.
• Help define the nuance differences between YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms running videos.
• You’ll need to understand we’re still a startup. That means a lot of fast paced, change of direction decisions. Your ability to pivot is important.
• You’ll need to be part of the team, celebrating your unique skills and talents but understanding you have a role to play on the team. No more. No less.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Online Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
