What does a day as a Direct Loan Processor look like?

As a member of the processing team, you will be performing a variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepares loan documents for disbursement/filing for all lenders.
• Ensures documents are in compliance with credit union policies and legal requirements.
• Performs necessary steps to ensure accuracy of employer information, title work, or collateral.
• Prepares and mails Adverse Action letters and Risk Based Pricing Notices for all lending personnel.
• Contacts members via telephone when necessary.

What is the schedule? Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays are from 9:00am to 1:00pm and covered on a rotating basis. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this.

Does your skillset and experience line up? For this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of related or relevant experience
• A bachelor’s degree in business or other related field
• Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
• Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
