Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

Responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts and conducting customer product demos, workflow analysis discussions with the customer, tradeshows, design the customer solution and discuss clinical and IT aspects, implementation and training.

The Clinical Digital Solutions Consultant will lead customer meetings, demos, trade shows and other events designed to identify opportunities. Implement and train the Intuitive Hub in numerous clinical settings and specialties. The Clinical Digital Solutions Consultant will engage with clinical end users, system and IT managers and as required with Hospital Executives and Leadership teams.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to define the Intuitive Hub opportunities
  • Conduct demos and trial initiatives with targeted customers
  • Help drive sales through new product introductions and solution selling
  • Manage complex customer events involving multi-departmental collaboration and multi-faceted solutions
  • Provide consulting services to deliver value to the customer
  • Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel. Regular activities consist of formal presentations, informal events, and get-togethers
  • Be a resource to the clinical and administrative team, providing guidance and insight on the use of the Intuitive Hub System
  • Suggest, develop and execute strategic plan to grow sales targets and to expand the company's customer base and revenue
  • Provides feedback based on client experiences to support and product develop team for process improvements
  • The Clinical Digital Solutions Consultant is responsible for analysis, customize, test, education, and optimization of clinical workflows to meet customer objectives
  • Works directly or remotely with customer training or coordinate training for client users
  • Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents issues to be escalated to product integration teams for resolution
  • May work directly with clients on-site or provide training support remotely
  • Promote collaboration with Intuitive teammates to establish and achieve Intuitive implementation goals
  • Onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing team members
  • Participate in the training and launch of new products and/or procedures
  • Become a subject matter expert and trusted client advisor for Intuitive
  • Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects to develop or improve Intuitive processes, deliverables, and other material
  • Lead clinical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operations.

Qualifications

Location Requirement

  • Must be located in Northeast US or willing to relocate, will not consider remote based candidates

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Minimum B.S./B.A. degree preferred or equivalent clinical/medical degree or experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales or implementations
  • 2+ years of experience with clinical imaging integrations
  • Training experience specifically within healthcare software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of Clinical Department Environments and Health Care Operations
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
  • Business acumen – ability to function in an executive business environment and understand the business needs of the Operating Room.
  • Solid expertise and experience in delivering consulting services to the value to the customer.
  • Communication – ability to deliver consistent and effective communication across organizational levels.
  • Training ability – demonstrated commitment to customer and peer training, specifically related to advanced technology within a clinical environment.
  • Customer success focus – ability to discover and understand customer needs, engage and inspire customers to adopt new and effective solutions.
  • Interdependent partnering – demonstrated record/examples promoting collaborative exchange and driving results through others with high communication.
  • Travel >75%

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1:$117,900 - $169,700
Base Salary Range Region 2: $106,100 - $152,700
Shift: Day
Travel: 75% of the time
