Our Color Correction Team is looking to add an individual who has an eye for design and color revisions. An individual who loves to work hand in hand with artists and other designers to produce great quality product in a fun and exciting environment. A talented digital designer who is detail oriented, organized, collaborative, and able to juggle multiple priorities to meet very demanding deadlines. As a team member in the color correction department, you will be working closely with our Design team to transform and revise original artworks and color correct /revise colors and manipulate artwork for production.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Color Correction Supervisor to maintain and color correction artworks for mass production.
• Manipulate and clean art files.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate problem solving skills depending on different types of digital manipulations needed.
• Process – take Digital creations and/or hand painted/drawn artwork. Scan image, print image – make any corrections to ensure it is perfect based on original piece. Ready for mass production/printing.
• Revising and color correcting artwork per specs provided.
• Large format scanner experience is a plus.
• Experience with Color Profiles, Checking White Points, etc.
• Will be working with 20,000 + files, looking for someone with large library experience.
• Will be working with Large Format (think 40” x 60”) commercial printing (high volume @ 500-1000 pcs per day)
• Provide experience in all areas of color correction and style composition.
• Ability to communicate and maintain a positive attitude within fast-paced environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• You are a self-Starter and work well independently as well as with a team.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in design or digital Arts, or 3+ year of related experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience needed.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Lightroom-Illustrator/InDesign etc.), Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
