LTM Digital is a Social Media Marketing Agency specializing in natural products, health, sports, and technology. We also host monthly social media courses and workshops for brands, businesses, and individuals who are looking to grow their social media presence.

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a broad role with responsibilities across digital marketing, partnerships, social media, and account management. The ideal candidate(s) will be a motivated self-starter, have a degree in Marketing and/or Communications, an understanding of the current social media landscape, and strong desire to gain valuable social media marketing experience with a growing company. This is a paid position starting at approximately 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage client communication which includes but not limited to: creating agendas for meetings, follow up on project status, and inform the client of developments on their account
• Research and develop relationships with Influencers within the health, fitness, lifestyle space
• Manage budget and negotiate pricing for sponsored content
• Identify like-minded brands to coordinate giveaway opportunities and monitor giveaway after launch
• Develop content calendar on a weekly and monthly basis for LTM Digital client accounts. Client industries primarily focus on health, fitness, specialty food & beverage, and sports
• Create engaging blog and social media content
• Oversee community management for social profiles and ensure all messages, comments, and questions are addressed promptly
• Provide support to team on-site at client video and photo shoots as well as company events
• Create monthly social media reports using Facebook Insights, Iconosquare, and Twitter Analytics
• Research and Stay Up-To-Date on Platform Changes

Previous agency experience and experience managing high profile sports, wellness, and fitness brands a plus. This person will work directly with our team out of Hermosa Beach with the opportunity to work remote a portion of the week.
