7+ years marketing management experience in B2B in technology companies preferred.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
Experience in managing company’s presence in various conferences.

Experience in organizing conferences.

Job Description (Detail):

Lead team of marketing, design, and social media professionals.
Understanding data, analytics, and insights to drive campaign outcomes.
Work with US and India teams.
Develops, track and report campaign metrics and analytics.
Do competitive benchmarking to guide and plan marketing strategies.
Work with a budget.
Create and review marketing messages as per the company’s needs.
Oversee strategy of all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media campaigns) to ensure brand amplification, marketing and consistency.
Develop lead generation and nurturing strategy campaigns.
Develop dashboards for reporting at a regular cadence.
Manage and orchestrate company’s presence at all conferences year round in the US. Create campaigns around the same.

Qualifications and education

Graduate degree and MBA or Hands on marketing experience
7+Years Marketing Exper.
4+ years Exper Digital Marketing
2+ Years B2B Exper.

Soft Skills:

· Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude are required skills in this role.
· Required to have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
· Able to multitask and prioritize work.
· Required (4) E’s (brings energy, energize those around them, proven ability to execute (counted on to simply deliver) and edge (to think out of the box, extrapolate/interpolate from the core task) and Passion.

Hard Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline and work experience or MBA
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
