We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist us in managing and advertising our success to our B2B target market.

This is a new, unique opportunity to for a Marketing minded person to help us manage our position in the market, distribute our industry-based content, and assist our sales team in creating supporting documents.

This one-person department will interface with all others and manage all our marketing endeavors.

This is an opportunity to grow the department from the ground up while being fully supported to succeed by our executive team.

Your duties will include:

• Create a well-organized comprehensive marketing calendar
• Daily management of all social media for the company
• Assist in the collecting content from our staff and at times, creation of content
• Work with our website developers to assure our SEO is elevated
• Manage website content changes
• Track overall website and social platforms performance and metrics
• Explore reasons for both increases and decreases in website and social media
• Pro-actively explore additional ways to market and build target client list
• Manage conference events and travel with team
• Interface with event personnel, pack, and assemble displays
• Work with marketing suppliers including printers, event organizers, promotional companies
• Occasionally attend events
• Assist in the creation of presentation materials and sales brochures
• Assist in creating list of target clients as needed
• Work with sales to create campaigns in our CRM HubSpot

Your experience and qualifications needed to perform this work include:

• Prior marketing experience preferably in a B2B setting
• Success in managing social media messaging
• Working knowledge of how SEO is affected by content
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing tasks and meet target deadlines
• Prior knowledge marketing in the HR and TA realm is a nice to have.

This is a hybrid remote position. Candidates must be within two hours driving distance of our Spring Lake, NJ office.
