Part-Time Dietary Aide

We are seeking a part time Dietary Aide to work at Vannoni Living Center located in Riverview, downtown Mishawaka, IN. The right candidate for this position is someone who enjoys working with a team and with a great group of residents.

This position will be part time in the afternoons for about 3 hours during the week primarily, although an occasional weekend shift may be required.

Our Dietary Aide is responsible for:

• Provide a high level of customer service and promotes a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Food Service Director and/or Administrator to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen, food storage, and preparation areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Adheres to cleaning schedules as assigned.
• Prepare and ensure snacks and beverages are available to residents.
• Keep kitchen floors clean, sept and mopped and trash emptied.
• Assist with the storage of food and supplies.

Experience working in a facility-service kitchen environment is helpful and preferred, but not required. High school graduate or equivalent is required.

The right individual for this position will be community oriented, be clean, friendly, and enjoy working in a 'family-like' atmosphere, and will be a dedicated team player.
