Cook is responsible for cooking for 300 or more people must be able to follow different diet restrictions. Must operate machinery. A dietary aide is responsible for serving food in accordance to Department of health regulations; Dish washing; pot washing; Delivery of food Trucks and snacks to units; Sanitation; Store rooms deliveries; Sandwich preparations; Bagging Silverware setting up food trays according to residence individual meal ticket .
