Are you the type of person who always has your head under a hood? We need you! We're seeking diesel mechanics for a busy shop in the St. Paul area. This diesel mechanic position is a direct-hire opportunity!

Hours:

• 1st shift: 7 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday
• 2nd shift: 12 pm - 8:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Wage: $28 - 32/hr.

Duties of the diesel mechanic:

• In-depth knowledge of diesel engine components and operational mechanisms
• 12 volt wiring
• Preventative maintenance
• Repair diesel trucks (commercial trucks)
• Basic knowledge of automotive / Truck equipment and servicing methods
• Perform engine and suspension work

Requirements of the diesel mechanic:

• Diesel mechanic experience required
• Knowledge of diesel systems and parts
• Work well in a team environment
• Multi-task with ease
• Motivated and highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
