- Visually inspect molds before installing them in the machine.
- Check for water flow and temperature by connecting water and/or oil lines.
- Complete the setup process with assistance.
- Load the program into the machine according to the specified settings.
- Handle dies delicately to avoid harm.
- Perform scheduled PM duties and finish PM log sheets.
- Collaborate closely with machine operators and the Quality Department to solve machine and process-related issues.
- Confirm the accuracy of the nozzle and pot temperature.
- Examine the quality of components in accordance with the Tool Set-up Verification Sheet.
- Follow the complete operational procedure of the machine assigned to you.
- Be familiar with both manual and automatic emergency procedures.
