Requirements
Required Skills:
- Hardware experience (especially in Dell PCs) including adding/removing/Servicing components, and updating BIOS is needed.
- Solid experience in Windows 10 (drivers, windows updates, installs) is required.
- Solid Application knowledge in MS Office products and Adobe products is required.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in resolving issues with hardware, OS, software, and printers required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Active directory experience is desired.
- CADD software experience (AutoCAD/Bentley MicroStation) is a plus.
- Need to be able to physically lift 50 pounds of hardware.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.77 - $27.42 per hour
