Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, hands on desktop support analyst to support the needs of our customers. This individual should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

Desktop Support Analyst will have a fundamental proficiency with PC-based equipment and cabling, and can provide support to technical resources, if needed. Performs, second level support for desktop support trouble tickets, set up for new or replacement laptop/desktop computing equipment, orders parts and conducts repairs on desktops, laptops and printers. Participates, as needed, in division/facility technical implementation projects.

General Responsibilities:

  • Computer imaging using SCCM OSD
  • Troubleshooting failures
  • Installs hardware and software of new and existing users.
  • Provides end-user support for PC hardware/software and network connectivity
  • Provides basic application and operating system troubleshooting in conjunction with other ITG support personnel
  • Provision iPads using Apple’s Device Enrollment Program for devices to be used in a clinical setting
  • A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office, Microsoft OneDrive for Business, and Cisco Webex.
  • Follow and adhere to HCA corporate standards such as device naming conventions, approved applications and hardware.
  • Frequently called on to meet user personnel. With limited direction defines and determines best approach to meet the user and implementation requirements for assigned routines
  • Basic understanding and experience using IT ticketing systems and document end-user interaction and support activities
  • Special projects

Education, Experience and Certifications:

  • High School Graduate/Equivalent – Required
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant work – Required
