Location: New York, NY
StuyTown Property Services is responsible for taking care of the almost 28,000 residents that live in our community on the East River between 14th St. and 23rd St.

What you will do:
- Assist and support the Chief of Public Safety in all operations of Public Safety.
- Be responsible for the weekly review and approval of payroll; monitoring and certifying essential overtime; establishing practices to the allocation of personnel to be cost effective.
- Generate and review purchase orders and invoices; evaluate and recommend areas and products for cost reduction; submit recurring invoices to meet monthly time frame.
- Collaborate with supervisors and assist in building a support system for the development of practices, policies and motivation of the team.
- Effectively communicate with, and mentor team, to establish and maintain the highest level of performance.
- Positively impact the company’s relationship with residents and guests; respond to the concerns and inquires of the tenants; reinforce the bond between team members and the community.
- Assume all responsibilities for the Public Safety operations in the absence of the Chief of Public Safety.
- Lead by example; live the company’s core values; and guide the team toward realistic goals.
What you should have:
- A strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others

- Deep understanding (5-10 years) of leadership in law enforcement

- Able to multi-task under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Weekends or overtime required on occasion

Base Salary: $114,000 - $135,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
