- Supervision of centerless grinder team. This includes Blanchard grinders, surface grinder, second operation lathes and welding area.
- Ideal candidate has extensive grinding skills and a MET background. Must be capable of leading a team. MET or MFG Engineering along with Organizational leadership.
- Primary focus will be handing out assignmenst and making sure everyone is busy and making good parts. The Supervisor generally won't do production, but will get dirty hands and spend most of their time on the floor.
The group is about 10 people total.
