We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
