As a growing organization, we're adding to our team. We're hiring a front-office dental insurance coordinator. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and highly organized. Dental front desk experience is NOT mandatory. We will train.

This position is the smiling face that will greet each patient when arriving at our practice. This position will work with patients’ insurance, explain the next steps in treatment, lay out potential payment options, and help determine the best option. This position requires a detail-oriented person who is familiar with spreadsheets and tracking data. The right candidate will be outgoing and enjoy interacting with people while having self-disciple to finish multiple detail tasks by deadlines. This is a full-time position. A high level of professionalism, honesty, organizational skills are necessary. Must be motivated, polite with good communication skills.

The right candidate will like change, be detailed oriented, use checklists, love organization, enjoy being on the phone, follow OSHA/HIPAA laws happily, have a positive attitude, and help uphold a drama-free environment.

HOURS:

We’re hiring a full-time position,4 day work week, Monday- Thursday 7:00 am-5:00 pm. No weekends. End times will fluctuate with the assigned shift for that week. We take turns closing one day a week and will stay until 5:30 pm.

- Ability to multi-task in a calm, efficient manner

COVID-19 considerations:
We take necessary COVID-19 precautions. We take temperatures of patients upon arrival, wear masks, barriers installed, air filtration system installed in the office, and follow all CDC and OSHA guidelines.
