CDC has a full-time opportunity for an Unlicensed Dental Assistant (DA) at our Rochester clinic. This position serves as an integral member of the clinical team in providing high quality and caring dentistry as well as an exceptional patient experience.

If you are currently attending Dental Assisting school or have prior Dental Assisting experience from in or out of state, please apply!

Unlicensed Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

Key Functions:

• Assisting dentists
• Patient charting
• Sterilizing dental equipment
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Cleaning rooms
• Other office/administrative tasks

Hours:

• Monday/Tuesday: 7:50am – 3pm
• Wednesday/Thursday: 7:50am-5pm
• Friday: 7:50am-2pm

Unlicensed Dental Assistant Qualifications:

• Actively attending an accredited dental assisting program
• Dental Assisting licensure in MN pending
• Experience as a Dental Assistant out-of-state or in MN
• CPR/AED certification
• Experience working with culturally diverse communities
• Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in a second language preferred
