Aesthetic Dental Center of Hackensack is a multi-specialty practice with general dentist, pediatric dentist, and oral surgeon on staff. We are also Platinum Invisalign Provider. We strive to create an environment where our patients feel care and compassion, and our team is friendly and outgoing. We are located in the center of Main Street, a busy and bustling renovated area, in a modern facility. We are looking for an experienced team player, a mature person who is not afraid to take responsibility. X-ray license is a must.

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the dental field and be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks, from patient care to administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist with patient care, sterilizing instruments, preparing materials, taking x-rays and other duties as assigned. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist in all dental procedures.
• Maintain patient records and charts.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and materials.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during procedures.
• Take and develop dental x-rays.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
