Job description

The Delmar Distributing Company is a family owned sales and service corporation distributing Anheuser-Busch, Yuengling, many craft and imported beers in four counties in Ohio- Delaware, Marion, Union and Morrow.

What we need you to do:

• Maintain an excellent working relationship with Warehouse Manager & Warehouse Supervisor and employees associated within Columbus & Delmar Distributing.
• Import data from Sales Department Account Managers utilizing A-B Mobility.
• Build bulk and sideload trucks using VIP.
• Communicate with Sales Dept. on daily OOS.
• Prepare invoices & scan sheets for all routes.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of warehouse and C.E.W. on a daily basis.
• Monitor subordinate's hours and approve any overtime as needed.
• Enforce company work rules and policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school degree.
• Ability to use Windows based operating system
• Possess ability to effectively communicate with all Delmar coworkers.
• Ability to lift at least 170lbs waist high.
• Class A CDL Preferred but will train as well
• Attain/maintain forklift license.
• Ability to determine the type of product, brand and package, and where it should be located in the C.E.W. Determine and implement stock rotation policy so the oldest stock is shipped first.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
