Summary:

Trimlite is an international manufacturer of decorative doorlites, stile and rail doors and a wholesale distributor of doors, millwork and building materials. We are looking for an experienced Non CDL driver to help support our shipping department.

This position will use a company supplied vehicle to deliver finished products to locations generally with in the Puget Sound area. This position includes loading and unloading the doors and other related products.

Responsibilities:

• Pick doors and related product
• Load products for delivery
• Deliver products to customer locations – not overnight
• Manually load and unload product
• Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle
• Be courteous and professional while interacting with customers
• Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Qualifications:

• Valid and current WA state driver’s license required
• Clean Driving record
• Must be at least 25 years or old for insurance reasons
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a warehouse environment

Abilities and Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to handle, feel, or carry; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance or stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift 50 lbs. or more. The employee is frequently required to lift 80 lbs. or more. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 100 lbs. or more. Must be able to safely tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; read and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material. The employee is regularly required to apply sound reasoning and logic performing daily tasks. The employee is required to be able to safely operate a vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
