Job description
King Capital Transport, a FedEx Ground contractor is URGENTLY HIRING full time package delivery drivers. We are looking for self-motivated, safe, drivers who will provide outstanding service to our customers! Be able to push through tough situations that may occur while on this job.
The routes are in Kimberly, Combined Locks, Kaukauna, and Little Chute, using a P700/P-1000 and Sprinters. CDL License is NOT required!

Work Hours- 8:30am - delivery completion (typically 4pm). Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday

- Salary $175.00/day /Bi-Weekly Pay
- Health insurance with 50% employer contribution
- $30.00 dollars towards an Aflac policy
- 5 days of PTO a year
- $2,000 saftey bonus (for qualified drivers)
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 21 years of age
- Clean driving record - no accidents or violations in 3 years
- Must submit to a background check
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions 150lbs with a cart
DUTIES OF DELIVERY DRIVER
- Deliver and pick up all packages daily w/in the prescribed time windows.
- Conduct Pre/Post trip van inspections daily.
- Operate delivery van safely, securely and competently.
- Learn the route(s) and customer needs serviced by our company.
- Report to station prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure.
- Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others.
