The Delivery Ambassador is responsible for representing Edible® by maintaining a professional image and providing excellent customer service. The Delivery Ambassador is also responsible for delivering Edible® orders accurately, in a timely manner, and with the highest level of customer service. In this job, everyone is happy to see you!

Shift start is 830am-930am and shift end can be between 3-5pm

Drivers are paid $10 per successful delivery, paid biweekly via direct deposit

Our stores average 25-40 deliveries/day, sometimes more based on season

Delivery drivers are able to deliver 3-7 deliveries per hour

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Accurately delivers Edible® products to customers in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner
• Gathers and organizes delivery tickets by area
• Logs tickets in the Edible Go App with proof of delivery picture taken
• Loads product in vehicle
• Communicates with customers and Store Team when issues come up

Job Requirements:

• Personal vehicle with working AC, able to show up to work every day with a full tank of gas - gas can be provided and taken out of check
• Cell phone with capacity to run the Edible Go App effectively
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Current, Valid State Drivers License and a clean driving record
• Must possess geographical knowledge of service area (we have an app that efficiently routes)
• Ability to follow directions, use our delivery app, and arrive at locations independently
• Demonstrate professional, clean, and neat appearance
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, friendly, and upbeat personality
• Good interpersonal skills, professionalism in dealing with team members, public & customers
• Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills
• Drive and determination
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working within a team
• Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift
• Experienced Courier Drivers are encouraged to apply

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be legally allowed to work in the US

If hired, you will be required to work some Weekends, Holidays, and the days leading up to the holidays as this is our busiest time (Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Valentine’s Day etc), plus other Hallmark Holidays.
