Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $18.25/hr
• Get a raise at 25k Parcels (~5-8 months), then at 50k & every year
• Guaranteed Daily Minimum (after nursery routes completed)

*Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!* Approximate hours are 10:30 am to 9:00 pm. Shifts range between approximately 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.**
**Delivery Driver Duties & Responsibilities*

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area SAFELY
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs. Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift

Basic Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Able to pass a 7 year criminal background check and 5 year motor vehicle history report (speeding tickets are fine)
• Valid drivers license
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communications skills
• The Delivery Station (DDE8) is located at 4555 E. 37th St., Loveland, CO, 80538. All drivers should have dependable transportation to get to work.
