Debt Collection Specialists will reach out to consumers with the goal being to obtain payment in full on their account as quickly as possible. In the event they are unable to get payment in full, they can set up a re-payment schedule based on the conversation with the consumer.

We use a "non-confrontational" approach which makes for happy Consumers & happy Debt Collection Specialists!

All collection staff have the opportunity for daily & weekly bonuses as well as monthly commission. This is in addition to the hourly pay. Our top collectors average between 1200 and 2000 a month in commission alone. The opportunity to make large commissions is there for everyone, depending on how much effort they put into their work.
