We are seeking highly motivated front of house team members needed for all dayparts. At Chick-fil-A Derby Marketplace, we are looking for fast-paced, energetic individuals who are passionate about serving guests while working together as a part of a high-performance team. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Be an ambassador of the Chick-fil-A brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
• Learn all aspects of Chick-fil-A food preparation & maintains a culture of food safety
• Ensure that the restaurant and food prep areas are properly cleaned, organized and safety standards are upheld consistently
• Be a willing team player and maintain cooperative working relationships with leadership and team members
• Model performance standards for all team members and work stations
• At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence
• Cold Prep – preparing and assembling menu items
• Breading – preparing and cooking chicken for entrees
• Boards – assembling and packaging food items
• Cleaning – maintaining cleanliness of prep areas

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
