Job description
Wee Knights Child Development Center in Kent City, MI is looking for childcare workers to join our team. We are located at Algoma Christian School, 14471 Sparta Ave. We are looking for energetic individuals who love teaching children. We currently have positions for lead teachers in our toddler room. Lead teachers must have a CDA or equivalent, be able to supervise an assistant teacher in daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor children’s indoor and outdoor activities
- Keep records of children’s progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to
parents.
- Produce weekly curriculum and monthly newsletters
- Support staff as needed to complete curriculum

Requirements:
- Child Development Associate Degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift, bend and stand
- Ability to pass a background check

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
