- Under direct supervision, may complete scientific assignments of limited complexity.
- Supports GIS analytics and data managment of complex scope.
- manages large datasets, both spatial and non-spatial.
- Is proficeiet in scripting languages such as Python, R
- Applies principles and experience with machine learning
- Works with team to find innovative data soltions
- Creates data visulizations and maps for internal and external use.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field or 2 years of demonstrated experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate experience in data science or related field. Familiar with spatial data, GIS and ESRI software suite or other open source GIS.
