We are currently seeking a data quality assurance professional with experience in data reporting in IP management systems like Anaqua.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in managing data entry, data quality, and data reporting in the Anaqua IP management system.

• Experience with Anaqua or other IP management systems

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical space

• IP paralegal with experience in reading dashboards in business intelligence systems like PowerBI or Tableau

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in IP systems

• Strong communication (spoken/written) skills

• Strong skills in systems and tools including Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel)

• Work with a sense of urgency and responsiveness, a high say-do ratio, execution-focused

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to stay organized.

• Excellent presentation and documentation skills

• Team Player and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

• High energy level, self-starter, and personal integrity.
