In 2021 we moved into a brand new ISO 17025 accredited laboratory in Madison, WI designed to conduct food chemistry testing specializing in infant formula, sole-source nutrition products, hemp and CBD, dietary supplements, and a variety of botanicals. Our testing portfolio includes vitamins, minerals, contaminants, pesticides and shelf-life studies.

We test of a variety of instrumentation including UPLC, HPLC, GC, and LCMS technologies. The Data Entry Specialist is a Full-Time, None-Exempt position on 1st shift located at our new Madison, WI laboratory. Individuals located within a driving distance of Madison are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Data entry of client submissions for chemistry testing
• Utilizes knowledge of food and supplements to assist clients’ testing needs
• Facilitates information flow between laboratory and customer service staff
• Utilizes the Laboratory Information System (NIMS) for most daily duties
• This role is part of our production process and is the first step in producing high quality results for clients
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Some post-secondary education (an Associate’s degree or higher is preferable). Experience can be substituted for education.
• Working knowledge of computers, software applications and other technology.
• An attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and good communication skills are important.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Will be exposed to potential food allergens (ex. Milk, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, etc.).
• Overtime and weekend work as required.
