Job description
Love numbers and spreadsheets? The Adecco Creative & Marketing team partnered with a luxury interior design company to fill an invoicing reconciliation role with the planning team.
This is a three month contract with possible extension, on-site in La Grange Highlands, IL. The schedule is 8-4 or 9-5 and the pay is $23-$25/hr.
Responsibilities
  • Working independently
  • Running system reports to identify client and stock orders outstanding
  • Pulling invoices from multiple vendor platforms and approving invoices electronically
  • Preparing payment logs to remit to our Accounting Dept.
  • Identifying discrepancies or system restrictions and concisely communicating these to the team leaders for resolution
  • Manage a larger volume and meet weekly deadlines

  • Effective written communication skills
  • Avid excel user
