The Coordinator, Engineering Data, supports the manual coordination of process data and ensure the integrity of transcribed information across a variety of data management platforms.

• 
  Day-to-day interactions with Manufacturing and Quality to collate process and test data into the appropriate electronic medium.
• Maintains data integrity through the verification of data into approved spreadsheets, reports, and Statistica database system.
• Work with production and automations teams to establish databases for new processes and products
• Utilizes GMP approach for the collection of manuals and/or electronic data.
• Partners with Manufacturing and Quality to ensure the fidelity of transcribed data.
• Conforms to data verification procedures to ensure the integrity of transcribed information.
• Schedule and chair monthly Continued Process Verification (CPV) meetings and document meeting minutes
• Assist in project coordination activities for the MS&T department
• Other related duties as assigned.

• 
  High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year working within a GMP regulated environment preferred.
• Detail oriented: Attention to detail for data collection, compilation, and verification.
• Proficiency in using electronic word processing, spreadsheet, and database tools.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $20.48/hour and $30.67/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
