Support the CASCNA Manufacturing Excellence and Smart Manufacturing Teams in developing and maintaining an integrated data based toolset through exposure to projects and existing tools.

This role will be focused on reporting on operations in our Crush, Ports /Export Terminals, and Grain sites
Work will be complimented by a quality approach to supervision and mentorship. An on-going job performance evaluation will be provided.
Opportunity to learn more about Cargill’s CASC NA Business to help in incremental improvement opportunities and consistent data driven target setting in our different locations.

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree with a major OR minor in Information Systems/Business Analysis, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related technology field to be/recently completed between Summer 2022-June 2023 Willing and open to relocate to Minneapolis, MN Proven ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance for some of the tasks Willingness to learn and contribute in a data driven environment Ability to learn data visualization processes and techniques Ability to learn and take directions for data analytics projects including maintaining existing tools but not limited to that Being comfortable being trained or using or learning tools such as Excel, Power BI and others
