The commerical Team at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Data Allocation Administrator

This role is home based and immediately available

You will be responsible for


  • Inputting orders for trade industry efficiently and accurately on system,
  • advise trade customers of out of stock/discontinued products, method
  • including telephone, fax, post and email.
  • SAP/Cicero/Microsoft outlook.
  • Administer all trade customer returns.
  • Undertaking adhoc activities


Skills and Experiences:

  • Good planning, organisational and prioritising skills
  • A good knowledge of stock inventory systems
  • Ability work to specific deadlines
  • Good communication
  • The ability to investigate systems' failures and issues
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent IT user - Excel, Word, Outlook
