David Matthew Studios, an elite dance academy in Ada, is looking for a positive and outgoing part-time receptionist. Candidate will be responsible for administrative duties such as greeting parents and students, answering parent questions while in studio, email correspondence, costume measurements and orders, competition registrations, updating student accounts in the dance software (training provided), class registrations, student attendance, and some light cleaning.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Hours are Tuesday 3:45p – 8:00p, Wednesday 4:00p – 8:00p, Friday 4:00p - 8:00p, Saturday 9:00a-4:30p. $16 / Hr.
Occasional availability to assist with local performances.
