• Dispatching & Communication
  • Dispatch utility jobs to field service techs first thing in the morning and periodically throughout the day
  • Route work to field service technicians by dispatching work orders to a handheld device
  • Sort and separate field service work orders and send them to service techs in the field
  • Maintain regular communication with field service technicians
  • Communicate and answer questions from customers
• Time Management & Prioritization
  • Prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day and ensure completion promptly
  • Provide timely reports to management or customers regularly
  • Assist with administrative duties as assigned
• Other duties as needed

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Be fully qualified in locating gas mains and services through the NGA OQ program
