Warehouse Team Member

PCC currently has two locations (Columbus, Ohio, and McKinney, TX) with a third on the horizon within the next 3-5 years. The Warehouse Team Member is a team player who thrives in fast-paced working environments; is a learner who is constantly watching, and thinking of ways to get better results, practicing reconciliation, building healthy relationships, acting with and encouraging respect, and doing what is right in the right way. PCC needs someone who can treat every task with high attention to detail, and can effectively achieve daily goals.

Pressure Connections Corp is seeking a full-time Warehouse Team Member for our McKinney, TX location.

Position Purpose:

To strive for excellence in providing our company focus on Quality parts, Quality packaging, and the Right Part On Time to every customer.

• Quality Part: Can catch supplier defects.
• Quality Packaging: Train and audit to ensure packaging will prevent damage in transit.
• Right part: Is able to identify and ship the correct part.
• On-time: Ship out every order every day.

Goals:

Foster Team Work – make the team love coming to work and getting things done!

• Make custom hose assemblies quickly and to spec.
• Ship Every Order, Every Day
• Reduce errors; Ship more than $40,000 per error.
• All Parts were received and shipped out the same day.

Additional Duties:

Performed on a daily basis!

• Can lift 50-pound boxes consistently for 8 hours
• Can be mobile for extended periods of time
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Illustrates attention to detail
• Is able to work OT if necessary
• Satisfy goals for orders, errors, and efficiency
• Follow the Five S’s, A place for everything, and everything in its place.
