Title: Lab Scientist (Cytotechnologist)
Contract duration: 12 weeks (Possibilities of extension)
Location: Ithaca, NY
Shift: Day Shift - 8 hours
Pay rate: Starting from $70.80 /Per Hours

The opening of Cytotechnologist in Ithaca, NY has the Day shift availability. The shift will be of 8 hours. The job requires BLS certified from AHA and Co-vid Vaccination Card. Recent 2+ years of experience is required as Cytotechnologist.

Responsibilities for this job are:

• Using a microscope to examine the cells of the body
• Interpreting cells collected from cytological techniques, such as a Pap test, as normal or abnormal
• Detecting changes in human cells that indicate cancer, disease, or other abnormalities
• Collaborating with a pathologist to provide a timely diagnosis to allow physicians to provide appropriate treatment.
