Our happiest customers are the ones that have the latest and greatest, so we want to upgrade all of our eligible customers in order to help them have the best experience.

Our Upgrade Professionals reach out to our existing customers to offer upgrades and exclusive offers. Successful specialists determine customer needs and provide a white-glove experience from sale to install.

Training: Paid, Mandatory Training 2 weeks Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Starting Rate: $13.00/hr + Uncapped Commissions (average pay $55,000)

We want you to grow with us! Potential to make up to $20.00/hr + Commissions within your first year.

Job responsibilities:

  • Effective specialists are dedicated to providing value in all interactions both with our customers and internally. They have the ability to identify and manage their emotions and handle interactions with others sensibly and empathetically.
  • Must be willing and able to offer customer savings incentives such as our insurance and customer referral programs. (Disclaimer: You will not be required to sell insurance)
  • Those who excel adapt to new situations, handle change, and balance multiple demands.

  • The best candidates will have previous sales experience and/or a sales skillset

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)
  • Must be able to commute to our Logan office
  • Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible)
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
