ABOUT THIS JOB:

This position will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, directing customers and calls to the appropriate associates as well as solving customer inquiries. The perfect candidate will be highly organized, have the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience and WORK REMOTELY FROM HOME.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet all customers and incoming calls with high energy and in an engaging manner.
  • Answer inquiries and direct customers and calls to the appropriate associates.
  • Respond and communicate with clients, co-workers, and vendors via email, phone, and web chat.
  • Promote and increase client retention and sales.
  • Assist clients with product, billing, and/or order questions including assistance in placing orders.
  • Work in teams to achieve company goals.
  • Be willing to learn something new every day and apply it to future customer interactions
  • Making sure every customer interaction results in a great customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
  • Build enduring relationships with agents, customers and team members
  • Resolve any concerns for the client to provide ease.
  • Assist with occasional piecework/processing jobs as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Understand and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Have basic internet navigation skills.
  • Be a self-motivated individual to meet & exceed goals
  • Have a strong understanding of the importance of Customer Service and how to be effective at it.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Have a willingness to constantly improve.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-pace supporting the rapid growth of our customer base.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
