Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related field of study required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. An A&P license, EASA B1/B2 and 4 years of related aircraft experience in addition to the 2 years of aviation experience may off set the degree

. 2 years of experience with aircraft maintenance scheduling with an FAR part 145 Repair Station or with Part 135 Operator. . A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license preferred.

Position Purpose:

The Customer Support Scheduling Senior is the customer's primary contact for support for all aircraft scheduling related needs concerning the Gulfstream Customer Support Service Center network as well as participating Jet Aviation service centers.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  • Manage, track, and audit all Gulfstream Programs worldwide to include lead-time, downtime, kit & tooling availability, site authorizations, through-put, and deposit requirements.

  • Determine pre-arrival work scope items that require action from other support groups to include product support, production, and completions.

  • Record and maintain a master schedule to include managed programs and paint schedules at all GAC and participating Jet Aviation Facilities.

  • Coordinate and dispatch all domestic and international FAST events & projects worldwide. Coordinate Drop-In activity in such a way as to not overload any particular facility and to strive towards the level loading all facilities.

  • Coordinate service visits via direct communication from PS regional sales, field service, technical operations, and customers.

  • Maintain and continuously audit service center employee rosters, regulatory authorizations, tooling, ground service equipment, manpower availability, and service center resource allocation.

  • Manage aircraft and component projects as necessary to ensure the fluid movement of aircraft throughout the entire GAC enterprise.

  • Perform initial customer account credit checks.

  • Actively participate in service center operational status meetings to include technical operations, PS sales, managed programs, and any other project meetings necessary to accommodate and coordinate all scheduled/non-scheduled events.

  • Forecast service center manpower capacity, allocation, availability, capabilities, and facility resource and planning requirements. Audit aircraft model and system specific training requirements, domestic and international regulatory requirements, ground support equipment, and test equipment availability.

  • Maintain master schedule to include aircraft in all Gulfstream facilities to include projects in-process away from the service centers.

  • Communicate service requirements to appropriate groups and provide work groups with work authorization job numbers prior to aircraft arrival.

Additional Functions:
  • Manage AOG support and other aircraft maintenance request during assigned after hours and weekends duty. .

  • Maintain complete and accurate records/files of all business transactions. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  • Must be computer literate with experience working with MS Office Suite.

  • Must be familiar with foreign certification requirements.

  • A & P license or FCC certification is preferred.

  • Familiar with current applicable FAA regulations.
