We have a fantastic opportunity for a Waste Management Customer Service Officer to deliver a wide range of office based services to Officers across the Streetscene service, communicating with members of the public, the call centre and internal and external agencies to ensure effective service delivery and to meet the customer promises and service standards of the Streetscene team.
