Job Title: Customer Support Agent Contract: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £24.5k-£25k Location: Salford Hours: 40 hours shift pattern per week (Mon-Fri shifts between 8am-9pm) 1 in 3 weeks you will be required to work a Saturday (Saturday 8am-5pm) you will get a day off during the week Hybrid: hybrid is offered after training Interview: you will be sent a test that needs to be completed before your 1 stage interview via teams or F2F. The purpose of this role is to offer excellence in dealing with all incoming calls and written communication for my client. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that all inbound calls are dealt with in line with the companies’ expectations and service level agreements. It is a key role when offering award winning customer service. State of the art offices in Salford, and this is not a call centre working environment.

Job Spec:

• Responsible for answering all inbound calls in an efficient and professional manner.

• Responsible for responding to emails received in an efficient and professional manner.

• Maintaining and achieving our service level agreements.

• Ensuring that all compliance procedures are adhered too.

• General administration duties.

• Ensuring that any service issues are reported straight away.

• Providing an award-winning service for customers.

Person Spec:

• The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

• A polite and professional telephone manner

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Patience and empathy with customers who may need extra support

• Previous experience in a call/contact centre role is desirable but not essential

• Previous financial services exposure is desirable but not essential
