Look no further! We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Officers to come and join our award-winning team.
Customer Services is a great gateway to a career within Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. We are the first point of contact for approx. 20 different areas of the council including Housing Benefits, Council Tax, Blue Badges and School Admissions. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment assisting members of the borough to access council services. Providing a first-class customer experience, our team deal with enquires over the phone, in person, on-line and by email. Customer Services answered over 157,000 customers calls and processed over 50,000 emails last year. And we can’t wait for you to be a part of it!

These are drop-in sessions held at our Employment and Training Hub in Wellington Square (opposite Specsavers). Come along any time between 1pm-5pm on Wednesday 16th November 2022 or between 9am-12pm on Saturday 19th November 2022. We’d love to see you there!
