Job Location: Sale, Trafford
Job Package: £22,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30 (work from home 1-2 days per week!)
WEBCHAT/EMAIL/SOCIAL MEDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WEEKEND WORK, IMMEDIATE, NEW OFFICES IN SALE, TRAFFORD!

For the role of Inbound Customer Service Webchat you will receive:
- A basic salary of up to £22,000

The role of Webchat Customer Service involves speaking to existing customers about their insurance via social media, emails, web chat, some inbound calls directing them to the right area of the business and ensuring that they receive world class customer service.
For the role of Customer Service Administrator, we require:
- Some form of administration or customer service experience whether that be in a call centre, hospitality or retail environment
- People with energy, who are great at administration and customer service
- The ability to deal with social media, emails, web chat and calls
- A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
