Job description
The Customer Service Supervisor has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, financial accountability, efficient operations of the drive thru, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent time management and communication skills. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 18+ years old for this job.
The Customer Service Supervisor will have 3 groups of Employees reporting directly to them; Team Members, Drivers, and New Hires. They will report directly to the Operations Director.

Time Punch Monitoring
Cleanliness
Equipment Maintenance
Training
Guest Recovery
Food Cost Controls
Labor Cost Controls
Assigning tasks to others
Leading Teams
Facilitation of weekly reports
Regular Communication with Director Team
Facilitating accountability and disciplinary action when necessary
Any task necessary to the successful operation of the business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
