What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support our Customer Service daily operational rhythms. This includes answering phone calls from customers, distributors and sales personnel, responding to email inquiries from general mailboxes and supporting manufacturing with order information. The Specialist will also:
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to our customers through rapport building, knowledge, and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on all core products of all three Storage Solution brands
  • Fulfill customer requests for literature, product availability / information / part numbers, technical questions and pricing including variable dimension products.
  • Handle shipment issues including freight calculations, expediting, and collecting return authorization information
  • Answer technical questions regarding product specifications and component part numbers
  • Process returns and replacement orders
  • Enforce delegation of authority guidelines amongst all levels of the company
  • Run reports through SAP as needed for customer and sales information
  • Progress Core and Assembled product knowledge
  • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment

Who You Are
  • High School Diploma or comparable work experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service, sales, or administrative work preferred
  • SAP system experience preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Goal-Orientated
  • Customer Focused
