CHC Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to work on our Strategic Partnerships team in our Pittsburgh (Robinson Township) office.

The Healthcare Customer Service Specialist will:

  • Have a complete and thorough understanding of all products handled by the team including but not limited to:
  • Understanding of sku’s and HCPC’s for all products
  • Insurance Guidelines and Authorization needs for wound, ostomy, and urological supplies
  • Have a complete and thorough understanding of all contracted payer entities at CHC.
  • Stays abreast to coding, quantity limitations and allowable for contracted payer entities and ensures that all regulations are adhered to in order for a transaction to be appropriately documented and billed.
  • Have a complete and thorough understanding of all policies and procedures in the Customer Experience Department, and a general understanding of all policies and procedures of all CHC departments.
  • Have a complete and thorough understanding of all systems used by Customer Service Specialists, including but not limited to:
  • Billing Systems
  • Fax/Order Systems
  • Verification Systems
  • Workflow
  • Strategic Partner platforms (Tomorrow Health, Integra, Medline, Parachute, etc.)
  • Communicate with patients and referrals throughout the order process to ensure that they understand processing timelines, order delays, and financial responsibility
  • Acknowledges and resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicates with our strategic partners via their operational platforms. All communication is expected to be professional and thorough.What we offer:
